Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing ~ A Review
You may be asking yourself, “what the heck is Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing?” or even” What exactly is Affiliate Marketing?”.
Today is something a little bit different than the usual homesteading content but so often I get asked questions about blogging and how to start making money from blogging. So today I am going to share with you all, my experience with Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing course and give my review.

Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing (I’m gonna call it MSOAM for a bit because that’s just a mouthful) is a step-by-step guide to creating and making money from your own successful affiliate marketing strategy that will hopefully teach you,
“How to build a 6 figure blog without millions of visitors or selling your soul”.
MSOAM is the brainchild of Michelle Schroeder-Gardner. Her blog Making Sense of Cents went from a hobby blog to now earning over $90,000 a month!
But I’m Only a Beginner Blogger, Would this Affiliate Marketing Course Work For Me?
This course is wonderful for anyone who is currently blogging and wants to start earning an income from their blog or website from affiliate marketing.
It is also for anyone who has thought about starting a blog, as many of the strategies you learn are great to implement right from the very beginning.
MSOAM is also great for website and business owners looking to make an excellent side income or passive income.
My personal thoughts and experiences with Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing.
I would have to say that MSOAM has changed my outlook on blogging completely.
Before taking this course I used to think that being a lifestyle blogger, and one who focuses on homesteading, gardening and recipes etc, meant that making a full-time income from my blog would be impossible. Oh, how wrong I was!
Within the first month of finishing Making making sense of affiliate marketing and implementing some of the strategies outlined in the course, I was starting to make a little bit of income. One month!
Not only do you get top notch advice and experience from Michelle herself, but you get several bonuses, including an extremely helpful section on Pinterest strategy by, non-other than, Rosemarie Groner of the Busy Budgeter. (You can read more about Rosemarie in any of my online income reports. Suffice to say, Rosemarie and Michelle have been instrumental in me upping my blogging game even before this course came out.)
Another bonus of the class is, once you enroll, you are invited into the exclusive Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing Facebook group! This group is amazing! They are so supportive, helpful, encouraging, and Michelle herself is on there all the time supporting, helping and encouraging everyone.
Positives
Michelle’s positivity and assurance that any blog (no matter how big or small) can make an income from affiliate marketing lit the fires of passion in me to take MY blog as far as I can dream, and maybe even beyond. Also, I certainly benefitted from the excellent bonuses with Pinterest and the super helpful private Facebook group.
Negatives
I have honestly been racking my brain for any negative feedback I can give you about MSOAM but I really can’t think of anything. My experience has been all positive 🙂
Personal Results
For myself, just one month after implementing some strategies outlined in the course, I saw some income and that made it all worth it.

True, this income was fairly minuscule, especially compared to a lot of other bloggers, BUT it is a start (and I’m already on track to double that income for October!) updated: you can check out my October report here
One of the main things I hope to accomplish with Just Dabbling Along is to encourage you to follow your dreams and your passions and to build the life you always dreamed of. Whether that means starting a homestead or garden from scratch, or trying a new concoction in the kitchen or even starting your own business or blog. The first step to getting past your fears and doubts is to just go out there and try, just have fun and just dabble!
Will Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing take me a long time to complete?
I know for myself, I was really interested in affiliate marketing and I was motivated to read through it pretty quickly. It took me about a week to completely read through it. I am a pretty fast reader though so it might take 2 to 3 weeks to get through all the content. Then a few weeks to a couple of months to implement all the information in the Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing course.
How much does it cost?
Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing has so much info packed into it and it is a reasonable $197 OR you can make 2 monthly payments of $105 per month.
Thanks so much for checking out my review of Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing and I wish you all the happiness and luck in the world!
